Special Events
Family church services
​
The pre school children and their families are invited to attend occasional special services led by the
Reverend Keith Bristow, Vicar of St Peter's Ash. The services are held at the church and are informal and fun. All siblings, parents, grandparents and other family members are welcome.

Christmas Festivities
​
Each year all the children are included in our Christmas production to which families are invited to come and watch. The children have great fun singing songs an dressing up in our nativity costumes. Every family is given an individual photo of their child dressed up.

We hold a Christmas Party with special stories, games, an entertainer and a visit from Father Christmas.
Pre school outing
​
During the spring/summer term we take the children on an outing, often to a farm but we have been to Legoland too. Parents are encouraged to accompany their child and spend the day with us but members of staff are available to look after a limited number of children.

Visits to the Pre-School
​
We have had visits from various professionals to our setting, previously these have included the police, fire brigade, musicians, story tellers and dental nurses.
Visit by Surrey Police to talk to the children about safety and to show them the workings of a police car.
Summer Activities
​
We hold a sports afternoon starting with a family picnic and then traditional races. If the weather is fine it takes place in the rectory garden but if it is wet it is held indoors.
​
A leavers lunch is held for the children moving onto school. Parents are invited to join us, their children have lunch together and then the children sing a few songs.
